The DAAD Helmut Schmidt Programme supports outstanding graduates from developing and emerging countries to complete a Master's degree at a German university in governance, economics, law or public policy.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree completed with above-average results
- At least two years of relevant professional or civic experience
- Citizen of an eligible developing or emerging economy
